This patient was unhappy with the size and shape of her abdomen. She felt that it did not coincide with the way she felt about her youthful self and did not match the shape of the rest of her body. During consultation, the decision was made for her to undergo BodyTite treatment of her abdominal skin to be performed in conjunction with high definition liposuction, to restore a youthful contour to her tummy, and as there was concern that her skin would not contract enough after surgery, resulting in extra skin laxity postoperatively.
