This 32-year-old patient is 4 months post-op from a bilateral breast reduction. At the time of surgery, her BMI was 28.35, and she has since continued to lose weight. We removed approximately 600 grams of tissue per breast, significantly improving her proportions and relieving the physical discomfort she had experienced for years. Her scars are healing well, and her breast shape continues to refine as swelling subsides. She’s feeling lighter, more confident, and thrilled with the results.
