Renewed Sexual Confidence Following Labiaplasty and Clitoral Hood Lift

This patient was unhappy with the appearance of her large labia minora and clitoral hood. She underwent a labiaplasty procedure with wedge resection of her labia minora with clitoral hood pexy. She states that she has renewed sexual confidence as she is no longer self conscious about the cosmetic appearance of her vagina. The procedure was done in the office under the comfort local anesthesia which decreases the cost of the procedure by eliminating the cost of an operating room and anesthesiologist. The procedure can also be done in the operating room under general anesthesia for those patients nervous to have it done under local anesthesia.
