The patient is a 39 year old female who has had multiple children and was unhappy with the appearance of her abdomen. She complained of excess skin and fat on her belly as well as an abundance of stretch marks. She received a full abdominoplasty with abdominal wall plication at the midline as well as oblique areas in addition to sewing of the tummy skin and tissue down to the abdominal wall in those areas to create a pleasing, contoured, athletic appearance to her abdomen. She is extremely pleased with her results.
