Beautiful Results Following Breast Enhancement Surgery

This patient was not happy with the size and shape of her breasts and desired breast augmenation surgery. She is a fitness class instructor and because of the high level of physical activity of her upper body, she was worried about her thick chest muscle pushing her implant down and outward with physical activity after her surgery. The decision was made to give her a tear drop shaped 370cc silicone implant placed on top her chest muscle through a breast fold incision to avoid  animation displacement of her implant. She is extremely pleased with her results.
