42 year-old female who doesn't like the appearance of her breasts. She feels that they droop slightly and they don't have the "fullness" she desires. After her consultation, it was decided that smooth, round, silicone implant would be placed beneath the muscle. Because her breast drooping was borderline, the decision was made to wait until after her breasts settled out following her surgery to decide if she needed a breast lift.

Note the increased fullness of her breasts. Although her measurements are borderline for requiring a breast lift, she decided that she is happy with the appearance of her breasts and does not want a breast lift at this time. More
