The upper breasts are much fuller and the nipples are higher on the breast because of the mastopexy, from which the scar is barely perceptible around the areola.

Placing the implant under the muscle results in a very aesthetically pleasing shape of the breast. It's not obvious that she has had a breast augmentation.

When it is possible, the peri-areolar breast lift is preferable because it results in much less scarring than a full mastopexy. Her breast lift scars are disguised on the border of her areolas.

The volume of the implant creates lift as well, so that less of a mastopexy is needed, and thus a peri-areolar breast lift can be done instead of a full breast lift.
