This young woman did not like how "saggy" her breasts looked. Given her age, she had the breast ptosis of a woman much older in age. The shape and weight of her breasts also contributed to her poor posture as well as neck, back, and shoulder pain. Her surgery resulted in more "perky", youthful appearing breasts that are more suitable for a young woman her age.
