Prepectoral Reconstruction

This patient underwent a bilateral skin sparing mastectomy for breast cancer. She subsequently received immediate pre-pectoral tissue expander to implant breast reconstruction with anatomically shaped breast implants, Alloderm collagen support,  fat grafting to the breasts, and nipple reconstruction and full-thickness skin graft areola reconstruction under the care of Dr. Marvin Spann, Board Certified Las Vegas Plastic Surgeon. Her results are soft and appear natural. Her incision is placed at the breast fold so that it doesn't cross the center of the breast. Even with complete removal and reconstruction of her breasts, her scars are less noticeable than breast reduction scars. She is extremely happy with her results.
