This patient received skin sparing mastectomies of both breasts for breast cancer. She received reconstruction with Dr. Marvin Spann, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon of Las Vegas. She had immediate tissue expander to implant reconstruction on top of her pectoralis muscle, nipple/areola reconstruction with full thickness skin grafts, and fat grafting to her breasts. Her results reveal very natural breasts with natural appearing nipples and areolas. Her scar is at the bottom of her breasts, which results in a smooth curvature and shape. She's ecstatic with her results, as they are almost as though she had cosmetic surgery. Although her surgery was medical, her breasts look and feel much better than they did before her surgery.
