This young woman presented to the office extremely unhappy about the size and shape of her abdomen, sides, and back as well as the size and flatness of her buttocks. During consultation, the decision was made for her to undergo liposuction of her tummy, flanks, and back with harvesting of the fat and subsequent transfer of the fat to her buttocks. She had the procedure done in the office under local anesthesia with no problems. A total of 2 liters of fat was removed from her abdomen, flanks, and back with fat transfer of 600cc of fat to each buttock.
