Aleia Cassidy

Practice Administrator

Aleia is the Practice Administrator for Couture Medical.

Aleia joined Couture in September 2016 as our office's first Mohs technician and has since shown her commitment to the growth and stability of Couture Dermatology and Plastic Surgery. In 2019, Aleia was promoted to our Practice Administrator and continues her mission to uphold our organization's values and provide employees and patients alike with a "Couture" experience.

Gabriela Paez

Operations Manager

Gabriela serves as a Medical Assistant for our practitioners.

Gabriela is a Las Vegas native and has been working in the field of dermatology since 2011. Her philosophy is simple, There is no cosmetic beauty like happiness.

Ashley Winkel

Billing Supervisor

Ashley is the Billing/Administrative Team Lead for Couture Medical.

Ashley joined Couture Dermatology & Plastic Surgery in March of 2015. Prior to that, she worked for a government contractor for 8 years. During that time she attended Medical Billing & Coding School with the hopes of pursuing a career in the medical field. When she joined the Couture Team, she was able to put her knowledge to work as Couture's medical biller. In her spare time she loves spending time with family and being outdoors.
